Forsa blog
Bundles are the merchant’s idea.
The offer type we design least is the one merchants use most creatively.
Full menu is automatic. Happy hours are a mechanic we built. Surplus is a rule about time. Deals are the one place a merchant simply invents something and we get out of the way.
What arrives is rarely what a product team would have specified: family platters sized for actual families, breakfast sets that only make sense before ten, two-for-ones on the item a kitchen wants to be known for.
Operators know their margins item by item. A bundle they designed will nearly always beat a discount we imposed.
Our only job is merchandising: making an invented offer legible in a feed next to three mechanical ones. That, it turns out, is enough.
