Nobody browses a supermarket for fun.

Discovery in food is not entertainment. It is a decision under mild time pressure, and design should respect that.

A lot of marketplace design borrows from social feeds: infinite scroll, rich media, engagement. Food does not behave that way. People arrive hungry, with a rough budget and about ninety seconds of patience.

That is why Forsa leads with price and pickup information rather than atmosphere. The photograph sells the dish; the two numbers underneath answer whether it is happening tonight.

The measure of a good session is not how long it lasted. It is whether you ate something you were pleased with.

It also explains the pagination. Ten offers per page, not an endless river — because a bounded list gets read, and an unbounded one gets abandoned.
